Terms and Conditions
Assisted Care Institute (ACI) is committed to a quality training experience. Therefore, we expect the same level of commitment from our students. By enrolling to ACI’s RCFE ICTP course, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Punctuality:
Students must be punctual. Classes start on time. If students are late for more than 10 minutes, they will be marked absent for the day, asked to log off, and rejoin the next class.

Face to Face:
Students must be on camera at all times. Students that are not on camera will be marked absent for the day.

Participation:
Students are required to participate throughout the training session including oral assessments, group discussions, and written assessments.

Personal Devices:
Live-stream courses must be accessed from a laptop or a desktop computer. The use of a mobile device as a means of participation is not allowed. Those students using a mobile device will be asked to log off.

Focused Participation:
Students may not engage in other activities outside of the live-stream training.

Professionalism and Behavior:
Students must remain professional and respectful at all times. Use of ANY profanity is strictly prohibited.
Important: Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in termination of service without eligibility for refund.
ACI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at the sole discretion of the training vendor.
