Theresa Aguirre is the owner and training vendor of Assisted Care Institute. A master’s degree-prepared registered nurse with more than 15 years of patient care experience in a variety of health care settings.
Her educational background includes college degrees in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus in Leadership and Management, and completion of a course in Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School.
Her professional portfolio includes 15 years of extensive work experience in the nursing profession in one of the leading healthcare organizations in the nation. Her roles include that of an inpatient nurse, an advice nurse, a nurse manager, and an RN educator.
Theresa strongly believes there are no secrets to success. Rather, success is the result of hard work, determination, persistence, and perseverance.
