By submitting this payment, you hereby authorize Assisted Care Institute to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due and agree to be bound by the company's Terms and Conditions. Refunds will be issued in accordance with Assisted Care Institute's established refund policy. You acknowledge that completion of the program requires a total of 80 hours of training, consisting of 20 hours of self-paced instruction and 60 hours of live sessions, in order to receive your certificate of completion. You further agree that the information provided in this form may be shared with the Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division as required.
Refund and Course Credit Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. At the sole discretion of the Assisted Care Institute, eligible registration fees may be applied as a credit toward a future course, subject to course availability and applicable registration requirements. Students must attend and complete all eighty (80) required course hours in order to successfully complete the program. Failure to complete the required hours may result in the student being ineligible for course completion, certification, or related documentation.
Terms and Conditions
The Assisted Care Institute is committed to providing a high-quality training experience and expects the same level of commitment from all students. By enrolling in ACI’s RCFE ICTP course, students agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Students who are more than 10 minutes late will be marked absent for the day and will not be permitted to join the class.
- Students are required to remain on camera at all times. Students who are not visible on camera will be marked absent for the day and removed from the class session.
- Active student participation is required throughout the training.
- The live-stream course must be accessed using a laptop or desktop computer. Mobile devices are not permitted. Students who attempt to attend using a mobile device will be removed from the class by the instructor. For safety reasons, students who attend while driving will also be removed from the class session.
- Students must not engage in activities unrelated to the live-stream training during class. A one-time warning will be issued for this violation. Any subsequent violation may result in dismissal from the program without eligibility for a refund.
- Students are expected to remain professional and respectful at all times. Profanity or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of services without eligibility for a refund. Assisted Care Institute reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, at the sole discretion of the training provider.
